APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD TO HOLD ALL APPOINTMENTS. THIS CARD WILL ONLY BE CHARGED UPON THE COMPLETION OF SERVICE OR IN THE INSTANCE OF LATE CANCELLATION LESS THAN 24 HOURS, LATE ARRIVALS OR NO-SHOW OCCURRENCES.

RESERVATIONS ARE RECOMMENDED WELL IN ADVANCE SO THAT YOUR DESIRED TIMES CAN BE RESERVED.

WE REQUIRE A 24 HOURS NOTIFICATION FOR CANCELLATION OF YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE IN ORDER TO AVOID A LATE CANCELLATION FEE. CLIENTS CANCELLING WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 50% OF THE SERVICES RESERVED IN ORDER.  

  

PLEASE NOTE: CANCELLATIONS CAN BE MADE THROUGH OUR ONLINE BOOKING PORTAL, EMAIL OR BY CALLING THE SHOP AND SPEAKING TO A STAFF MEMBER. 

LATE ARRIVALS

IF YOU THINK YOU MAY BE LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE CALL THE SHOP AND LET US KNOW. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SHORTEN OR RESCHEDULE YOUR SERVICE IN ORDER TO KEEP THE NEXT CLIENT'S SERVICE AT THEIR SCHEDULED TIME. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE, PLEASE CALL US IMMEDIATELY SO WE CAN ADVISE YOUR OPTIONS.

 

NO SHOWS

IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS, WITHOUT CONTACTING THE SHOP TO CANCEL, YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE SERVICES RESERVED. YOU WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE TO SECURE ANY FUTURE BOOKINGS. CLIENTS WHO NO SHOW ON MORE THAN ONCE OCCASION WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY IN FULL BEFORE ANY APPOINTMENTS ARE BOOKED.

WE HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY ON SERVICES COMPLETED. WE OFFER COMPLIMENTARY FIXES WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE SERVICE COMPLETION PENDING MANAGEMENT APPROVAL.

 

GROUPS

4+ OR MORE PEOPLE WE REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT AT TIME OF BOOKING. WE WILL TAKE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER OF THE GROUP COORDINATOR, AND IF THERE ARE ANY CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 24 HOURS, NO SHOWS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE FOR THOSE SERVICES.

WE ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND CASH. NO CHECKS. WE REQUEST AND APPRECIATE CASH GRATUITY.
